To maintain the shine of your pieces, we recommend cleaning them with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in the provided pouch to prevent scratching.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our jewelry. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover lost items, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
